We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 74, Robert Lee Sanders (Temple, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Sanders and Martha Sanders; his siblings, Oglesby "Gliz" Sanders and Hannah McCray; and his great grandchild Noah Isaac.
He is survived by: his wife Anheuser "Ann" Sanders of Belton, Texas; his daughters, Stephanie Sanders of Temple and Starr Kennedy of Belton, Texas; his brother Michael Sanders of Munich, Germany; his children, Michael, Danny, Angie, Boe and Roger; his grandchildren, Zoie, Adonis, Armani, Lenora and Raevin; and his great grandchildren, Arya and Leia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Branford Dawson Funeral Home (718 S 7th St, Temple, TX 76503). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Belton Church of God in Christ (1122 W 2nd Ave, Belton, TX 76513).
