He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Gilmore, Sr. and Wilma Wilborn Gilmore; his wife Dorothy Cater Gilmore; his son Daniel Robert Gilmore; and his granddaughter Marci Elizabeth Singleton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Robi Lee (Keith) and Donna Singleton (Rick); and his brother Charles Gilmore. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; as well as many other beloved friends.
