He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Reed and Ruby Brackin Reed; and his siblings, Hazel, Phyllis, Judy and William.
He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Harkrider Reed; his children, Robert Reed Jr. (Joy) and Yvonne Angelo (Steve); his grandchildren, Austin McQueen, Devyn Raitano, Faith, Hollon, Wendy and Graham Reed; and his brother Dwight Reed. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives.
