She was predeceased by: her parents, Dolph Evans and Audy Evans; and her sisters, Johnnie Faye Evans, Maureen Evans Clark (Punk) and Sonja Wayne Evans Henson (Paul Henry Lucko).
She is survived by: her children, Theda, Punk, Robbie, Sonja, Reba and Johnnie Faye; her husband Paul; and her sisters, Theda Evans Kornegay of Ft. Worth and Rebanell Evans Steinman of Cross Plains. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
