It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Washburn in Temple, Texas, born in Decatur, Alabama, who passed away on April 10, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul and Jewell Ward Washburn. He is survived by: his wife Franci; his children, Richard L. Washburn of Itasca, Texas and Stella Washburn of Tucson; and his sister Trannie.
