With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Sherwood of Temple, Texas, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on February 25, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Sherwood and Elizabeth Sherwood; his brother Daniel Edward Sherwood (Ed) of Longboat Key, FL; his son Mark of Temple, TX; his grandson Tyler Joseph; his wife Phyllis "Sam" of Temple, TX; and his son Mike (Nicole).
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that any contributions or memorials be made to St. Jude's or Shriners Children's Hospital.
