He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Charles Tinsley, Sr. and Willie Mae Walker Tinsley. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Ellis-Tinsley of Killeen, Texas; and his brother Eric Tinsley of Killeen, Texas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
