With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Lewis of Temple, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Faulkner (Jimmy) and Mildred Cook Faulkner; her husband Charles Lewis (Buddy); her son Gregory Charles Lewis; and her grandson Stephen Charles Lewis.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Lewis of Temple, Amy Lewis of Temple and Stacy Bender (Lee) of Abernathy; her grandchildren, Heather Smith of Temple, Kaylee Lewis of Temple, Dalton Lewis of Temple, Trae, Seth and Clara Bender of Abernathy; her great grandchild Izabella Yung; and her sister Mildred Wedel of Fort Worth.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Troy High School FFA or Athletic Department, P.O. Box 409, Troy, Texas 76579.

“People have friends and then we have best friends. Patricia was the best friend I have ever had. We shared vacations, weddings, deaths and family fun. From attending sporting events way back in the 80’s to trips to Branson and Florida, we did it all. Fun, family and lots of laughter made all our times together special. . “Martha Estell double dipper” will be a funny story and lasting memory forever. Stacy knows the story. Loved your mom.”
