It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Kinney of Temple, Texas, born in Newell, West Virginia, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Emerson and Nettie Eudora Freeland Baker; her siblings, Ralph Baker, Arza Baker and Virginia Baker Speece; her daughter-in-law Keisha Marie Kinney; and also James David.

She is survived by: her brother Clyde Baker Jr. (Joyce Baker); her former husband John George Kinney Jr. (Jack); her children, Debra Jean Kinney Wickwire (Douglas Earl Wickwire), David Lee Kinney (Patricia No El) and Ronald Wayne Kinney (Geraldine Elaine Jackson); and her grandchildren, Ryan Joseph Wickwire (Mylla Jaylynn Wickwire), Bradley Scott Wickwire (Stephanie Ann Wickwire), David Dwayne Kinney (Demi Michelle Kinney), Kimberlee Renee Oswald, Terra Marie Lucas (Sean Raymond Lucas), LeeAnne Nicole Ballard (Lee O'Daniel Ballard III), Kristopher Wayne Kinney (Kristen Kay Kinney) and Jessica Arlene Wilfong (Blake James Wilfong). She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Celebrate Recovery program at Crestview Baptist Church in Georgetown.
