He is survived by: his wife Velma Marshall of Temple, Texas; his children, Michael Marshall of Temple, Lena Johnson of Temple and Lessie Jones of Temple; his stepsons, James Young of Austin and Charles Young of Houston; and his siblings, Nolan Marshall of Gatesville, Henry Marshall of Wichita, Dolton Marshall of Luling, Hobert Freeman (Ruth) of Luling, Harold Freeman of Luling, Obie Freeman of Luling, Alvin Freeman of Luling, Jonathan Marshall of Luling, Horace Freeman of Luling, James Marshall of Houston, Joyce DuBard of Columbia, Bonnie Carnegie of Temple and Cheryl Abercrombie of Temple. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
