She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Biskup and Vallie Macek Biskup; her husband Alvin Simcik of Temple; her children, Alan Simcik of Temple and Melissa Frei of Temple; and her siblings, Wallace Biskup of Troy, Joe Biskup of Buckholts and Barbara Folks of San Antonio. She was also cherished by six grandchildren.
