He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Monroe Lentz and Alma Venita Lentz (Rush); his siblings, Lewis, Rodney, Buford Lentz, Lorene and Dorothy Kizer; and his nieces and nephews, Shelley Rosier and Scott Kippenbrock.
He is survived by: his wife Jerrie; his sisters, Ann Masters and Ellen Davis; his nieces and nephews, Mike Lentz, Brenda Barrett, Cherie Spivey, Marci Delaney and Lisa Pope; his children, Mike, Brenda and Cherie Lentz; and his grandchildren, Marci, Shelley, Lisa and Scott Kippenbrock. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
