She is survived by: her daughters, Candice Eixman (Jarred) of Rogers and Casey Crews of Huntsville; her siblings, Kevin Provazek (Bobbi-Jean) of Temple and Janice Wall (Jesse) of Temple; her grandchildren, Emery and Jett Eixman; her children, Jaelyn, Logan, Wall III (Melody), Georgia and Jackson; and also Joelle Jenkins (Eric).
