It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Vail of Temple, Texas, born in Monticello, Illinois, who passed away on February 24, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Vail and Naomi Wheeler Vail; his wife Maria Sandra Vail of Temple; his children, Michael Chapman Vail (Debra Vail) of Buda, Christopher Chapman Vail (Jeni) of Marble Falls, Sharon Joan Dean (Michael) of New Mexico and Lisa Michelle Vail of Illinois; and his siblings, Roger Vail (Anita) of New Mexico, Gary Vail of Ecuador and Anita Hatcher (John) of Louisiana. He was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
