He is survived by: his caregiver Anesthetist; his close friend Lisa Archambault; his wife Lisa Mallon; his children, Leilani Mallon, Max "Yulian" Mallon of Temple, Keri Lyn Mallon of Lubbock and Casey Mallon of Sherman Oaks, CA.; his grandchildren, Quinn, Rylan and Rocky; and his brother John Mallon.
