He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Joseph Fowler; his son Timothy Fowler of Heidenheimer, TX; his stepchildren, Cynthia "Sam" Grouss of Moody, TX, Patricia Coulter of Lima, OH, Timothy "Toby" Teeters of Temple, TX, Ronald Teeters of Willis, TX and Kevin Teeters of Celina, OH; his mother RosaBess Smith of Okmulgee, OK; his siblings, Mary Lee Myers of Checotah, OK, Kathy Northcross of Okmulgee, OK, John "Mike" Fowler of Stroud, OK, Joe Fowler of Pryor, OK, Floyd Fowler of Huntsville, TX and James Leon Fowler of Midwest City, OK.; and his wife Virginia. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
