He is survived by: his children, Rosalee Jones, Earl Grant Mauldin (Stacy) and Sophia "Soap" Mauldin; his grandchildren, Douglas Mauldin, Matthew Mauldin, Amber McKendrick, Billy Mauldin, Amelia Mauldin, Zoye Larison, Zaymein Jack Mauldin Martinez and Zayne McKendrick; his great grandchildren, Brantley McKendrick, Tinsley McKendrick and Wyatt McKendrick; his siblings, Glenn Mauldin, Thomas Mauldin (Mary Ann), Kathy Cohlman (Jack) and Betty Sue Bowen (Jimmie); and his stepson John Mikeska (Maxine Mauldin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
