Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mary leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Hoover and Mary Pauline Hoover (Johnson); and her husband A. Dean Steele. She is survived by: her children, Penny Larkin of Austin and Chris Steele of Milwaukie; and her sister Sara "Sally" Annette Tullis. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cultural Activities Center (3011 N 3rd St, Temple, TX 76501).
