She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Fojtasek and Mary Hutka Fojtasek; her former husband Joe D. Jez; her son Michael Jez; her grandson Christopher Jez; and her siblings, Joseph V. Fojtasek and Vi Fojtasek Adamek.
She is survived by: her daughter Katrina (Steve Jackson); her husband Ed Franklin; her granddaughter Christina Jez; and her siblings, Travis Fojtasek (Georgia), Bill Fojtasek (Diane) and Barbara Fojtasek Dana.
