She is survived by: her daughter Christie Leigh; her husband Randy Curtis; her children, Kelly, Joe Eakin, Andy and Sarah Curtis; her grandchildren, Owen Curtis and Kendal Curtis; her brothers, Chester Springfield and Gene Springfield; and her sister-in-law Rozelle Springfield. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
