She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleuterio Ortiz and Petra Santiago; her husband Rafael Ramos; her siblings, Narciso Ortiz-Santiago, Jorge Ortiz-Santiago, Manolin Ortiz-Santiago, Jesus Ortiz-Santiago, Harry Ortiz-Santiago and Petrin Ortiz-Santiago; and her grandson Jose Emmanuel Ramos.
She is survived by: her children, Rafael Ramos Ortiz of Temple, Gerardo Ramos Ortiz (Rosa) of Killeen and Marta (Jose Ramos) of Belton; her siblings, Rafael Ortiz-Santiago and Margarita Ortiz-Santiago; and her grandchildren, Neithan, Joshua and Geremy Ramos-Rosich.
