She is survived by: her friend Norma Foster (Chapman House Gifts); her daughter Lynn Sammons Darst (Gary); her grandson Derek (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Maren and Hayden; her children, John F. Sammons, Jr. (Charlotte) and Elisa Etter; her grandsons, Jackson and Preston; her daughter Melanie Jarvis (David); her grandchildren, Drew, Avery, Caton, Ruby and Juno; her pet Polly; her family Temple; her caregivers, Delmy, Diana, Freda, Kemi and Martha; and also Casi (Jered).
