She was predeceased by: her father Richard Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Betty Lewis of Temple; her siblings, Richard L. Lewis of Temple and Lori Oliphant of Temple; her daughters, Leanne Dahse and Rachel Havranek; and her nephews, Samuel Ethan Overstreet and Michael Lewis.
