Marguerite Louise Hamby Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Louise Hamby of Temple, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Lindt and Mable Lindt; her former husband Jesse Miller; her husband Otis Hamby; and her siblings, Richard Lindt, John Lindt, Charles Lindt, Minnie Cooksey, Opal Shoumake, Helen Lamb, Ida Mae Payne and Betty Trickle.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Miller, Stan Miller and Nancy Tawater; and her sister Joretta Schwinn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home (500 W Barton Ave, Temple, TX 76501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul's Methodist Church in Temple, and the Parkinson's Foundation.
