She is survived by: her sons, Andre Melton (Jenn) of Temple and Kevin Benford (Shannon) of Temple; her siblings, L. C. Freeman (Jan) of Arlington, Robert Freeman of Temple, Freddie Freeman of Temple, Willie Mae Robinson, Doris Freeman (Chris) of Temple and Gylon Brown of Fort Worth; and her grandchildren, Kanyiah, KeMari Melton and Araile Gutirrez of Temple. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
