He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Faulk; his daughters, Melissa Garrett of Austin and Christine Baker (Tony) of Temple; his granddaughters, Brianna Baker, Larissa Garrett and Marcene Garrett III; and his brothers, Elmer "Dandy" Garrett (Barbara) of Los Angeles and Larry Garrett (Karen) of Temple, Texas. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
