He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Elliott and Clara Messer Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Frances Elliott of Temple; and his children, Karla Hedrick of Temple, Neil Elliott of Temple, Stephen Autrey of Nacogdoches, Joel Dutton and Randy Dutton of Temple. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given in Mr. Elliott's name to St. Mary Catholic Church Building Fund, 1018 S.7th.
