She was predeceased by: her parents, Raford and Lucy Slider, Sr.; her husband Hollis Evans; her daughter Billie L. Evans; and her siblings, Frank Slider, Odell Slider, Alvin Slider, Rayford Slider, Jr., Sarah Slider, Louise Farrow and Rosie Slider.
She is survived by: her children, Harrison Evans of Temple and Rigeni Evans of Temple. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
