She was predeceased by: her parents, Viola Granberry (Blalock) and George Granberry; and her sons, David Doyle Hitt Jr. and Glenn Henry Hitt. She is survived by: her sons, George Hitt of Temple and Thomas Hitt of Seattle, WA; and her siblings, Carl (Lura Granberry), Douglas (Barbara Granberry) and Anna Lois Wilborn of Wills Point. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
