He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Meyer and Nadine Meyer of Rogers; his brother Frederick C. "Bud" Meyer; his son Richard L "Richie" Kelly; and his granddaughter Addison Brooke Steglich.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Meyer; his children, Jeffery Scott Kelly Sr. (Zee), Courtney Meyer Steglich (Robert A. Steglich), Joshua Joe Meyer (Miranda Meyer) and Brandy Dawniel Meyer; his grandchildren, Jeffery Scott Kelly, Jr, Preston Joe Kelly, Christopher Lee Kelly, Dalton Scott Kelly, Tristan Alan Steglich, Autumn Nicole Kelly, Gavin Joe Steglich, Isaac David Medina and Tru Dawniel Patton; and his sister Gloria Jackson. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
