He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas Howell Hall, Jr.; his wife Janet Louise Stell of Albuquerque; and his son David. He is survived by: his sister Barbara Bell; his daughter Elizabeth Phillips (Jeff); his grandchild Flannery; and his friend Michael Stirman.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Dossman Funeral Home (2525 N Main St, Belton, TX 76513).
