He is survived by: his children, Vince Meadows, Dustin Meadows, Dean Scott (Karrie), Dawn Motsinger and Jennifer Scott (Chris); and his siblings, Bobby Meadows, Lajuan Thompson (Mitch), Linda Adams, Patricia Dickenson (Charles) and Carolyn Fitzgerald. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; as well as many other beloved friends.
