With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen L. Walker in Temple, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on January 17, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Wilson and LeDell Brandt Quick; and her son-in-law Wayne Kirven. She is survived by: her husband C. Dean Walker of Belton; her daughters, Laurie Kirven of Austin and Karen Norman (Tom) of Cabot; and her grandchildren, Christine Clear (Adam) of Elgin, Kimberly Mitchell (Eric) of Elgin, Allen Kirven of Austin, Alicia Hittle (Spencer) of El Paso, Ashley York (Austin) of Cabot, Tommy Norman (Christine) of Austin, Seth Whitman, Haley Whitman, Jared Whitman and Emily Whitman of Cabot. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and her sister in law.
