She was predeceased by: her parents, Wally Hernandez and Alice Hernandez; her husband James Breen; and her siblings, Wally Hernandez, Antonio Hernandez, Trinidad Hernandez, Rudy Hernandez and Andrea Fincannon.
She is survived by: her daughter Melisa Ramirez; her grandchildren, Christopher Leiker, Javier Campbell and Isabella Campbell; and her brothers, Rene Hernandez and Lewis Hernandez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
