It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joycelin McBride of Temple, Texas, born in San Saba, Texas, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Wiley and Mable Wiley (Taylor); her husband Raleigh McBride (Junior); and her sister Peggy Fredrickson. She is survived by: her brothers, Joe Wiley and Bill Wiley; and her great great grandchild Kash Kelley.
