He is survived by: his significant other Deborah "Debbie" Spoonts Winston; his son Joseph E. Winston, III (Lisa) of Beaumont; his grandchildren, Madeline Winston of Lolo, Joshua Owen Winston of Beaumont and Levi Taylor Winston of Beaumont; his great grandchild Brandon F. Winston of Austin; his brother Robert T. Winston (Linda) of Spring; his nieces, Julie Winston Thomas (Tim) of Austin and Alyssa Robinson (Sam) of Raleigh, N. C.; and his nephew Keith Winston (Amanda) of Spring. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
