He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Stoebner and Evaleen Stoebner (Martin); his wife Julia Fisher (Judy) of Temple; his children, Eric (Jennifer) of Temple, Richard of Austin, Scott (Whitney) of Houston, Julia (Lee) of Houston, Kristin of Temple, John and Judy; and his brothers, Richard and Dennis. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
