He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Nix and Saphronia Nix; his wife Betty Jo; his sons, David Nix (Kelly) of Temple, Terry Nix (Lisa) of Salado and Scott Nix (Melissa) of Temple; and his sisters, Marlene Haak of Temple and Joy Kelley of Salado.
