He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Neugent and Florence Neugent; his wife Mary E. Neugent; and his siblings, Darvin Neugent, Eugene Neugent, Franky Neugent and Eilene Shupp.

He is survived by: his sons, Kelvin Neugent (Terresa) of Moffat and Ronnie Lynn Neugent (Geri) of Fayetteville, AR; and his sisters, Vera Faught (Bill) of Lexington, OK, Juanita Jordan of San Angelo and Sue Sidener (Roger) of San Angelo. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and many cherished family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Heart Association and Alzheimer's Association.
