He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Guillen and Amalia Martinez Guillen; his son Anthony John Guillen; and his son-in-law Danny Holst. He is survived by: his wife Linda Guillen; his children, Adam Guillen (Ruby), Patrick Guillen (Rick) and Carrie Holst; his brother Fred Guillen; his grandchildren, Anthony Guillen, Michael Guillen and Daniella Holst; and also Barbara Bratcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
