It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John H. Booze Sr. of Temple, Texas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edgar and Elizabeth Ruth Booze (Simpson); and his son-in-law Robert Bockhold. He is survived by: his wife Hope Anne Booze; his children, Cheri McCracken, Cynthia Bockhold and John Booze, Jr. (Tammie); his grandchildren, Sara Porter (Nate), Jarrod Bockhold (Jeanette), Samantha Booze, Hannah Bockhold, Mary Kate Whaley (Justin), Stephanie Booze (Haley) and Mark Booze; and his great grandchildren, Laramie, Lincoln, Matthew, Thomas, Robert, Zack, Audrey and Raegan.
Memorials may be made to St. Francis Episcopal Church in Temple.
