He was predeceased by: his father Buddy Mathis. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Johnson of Temple; his children, Jimmy Ray Johnson Jr. of Temple, Tyrone Johnson of Temple, Jonathan Johnson of Temple, Maurice Sheppard of Temple, Billy Ray Robertson of Temple, Arthur Johnson of Bryan, Johnny Green of Dallas, Jantia Johnson of Temple, Texas and Ashley Johnson of Temple, Texas; and his siblings, Jessie Johnson of Sacramento, California and Darlene Johnson of Sacramento, California. He is also survived by 60 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
