It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Frances Smith of Temple, Texas, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Brooks and Bessie O. Hood Brooks; and her husband Jack Nelson Smith. She is survived by: her children, Susan Norman (Derrell) of Temple, Ronald Smith (Joy) of Temple and David Smith (Laura) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Jamie Smith of Temple and Jana Groff (Chris) of San Antonio; her great grandchildren, Jewel Borie of Dallas, Summer Borie, Owen Groff and Austin Groff of San Antonio; and her sister Carol Nix (David) of Temple.
Memorials may be made to Temple First Church of the Nazarene.
