He was predeceased by: his son Steven Richmond; his parents, Hubert Richmond and Mary Richmond; and his siblings, Jimmy Russell and Sarah Richmond.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Betsy Richmond of Temple; his son Gerald Richmond of Temple; his grandchildren, Joshua and Isabella Richmond of Indio, CA; his daughter-in-law Sylvia Paules of Indio, CA; and his brothers, Ivan Richmond (Darlene) of Ohio, Mannie Richmond of West Virginia, Rex Richmond (Barbara) of West Virginia, Doug Richmond of West Virginia and Omer Richmond (Sherry) of West Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial to St. Mary's Catholic Church building fund would be appreciated.
