Jerry J. Mikulas Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry J. Mikulas Jr. of Temple, Texas, who passed away on April 15, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Mikulas, Sr. and Lillie Clara Hejl Mikulas; his parents-in-law, Edgar and Alma Lorenz of Temple; and his son-in-law Shayne Heatherley.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Lorenz; his children, Donna Mikulas Heatherley Martin (Craig) of Temple, Wade Mikulas (Michelle) of Highland Village and Chad Mikulas (Heather) of Temple; his grandchildren, Ty Heatherley, Lauren Jemeyson, Hailey Griffin (Josh), Landon, Parker, Brooke Mikulas, Cole and Camryn Mikulas; his great grandchildren, Beckett, Hollis and Silas; and his sisters, Janet Odstrcil (Glenn) of Temple, Sandra Carver (Milton) of Sherman, Carol Hunt of Arlington, Trudy Wood (Don) of Baytown and Kim Hamm (Rob) of Keller. He is also survived by son and second child in a family of six children.

The family would like to request in lieu of flowers any donations be made to Scottish Rite Hospital of Dallas which meant so much to Jerry.
