He is survived by: his parents, Brandy Cruz (Caldwell) of Temple and Jeremy Cruz, Sr.; his siblings, Jacob Cruz of Montgomery, AL, Daniel Cruz of Montgomery, AL and Alyssa Cruz of Temple, TX; his grandmother Sharon Caldwell (Juan Cruz) of Sallisaw, OK; and his great-grandparent James Wisdom of Sallisaw, OK. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
