She was predeceased by: her parents, Neely Harold and Oleta Barnett (Creech); her husband Dave Halbrook; and her siblings, Joe, Kenneth Barnett and Nell Skinner.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Halbrook (Nancy) and Larry Halbrook (Peggy); her siblings, Ray, Preston Barnett and Charlotte Haire; her granddaughter Courtney Holley (David); and her great grandchildren, Emma and Brandon Holley. She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins and many nieces and nephews.
Service for Jean Halbrook, 89, of Temple will be 1 pm Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Foundation Methodist Church in Belton, with Gary White, Jr. officiating.
