She was predeceased by: her parents, Miron Stock and Barbara Stock; and her nephews, Jason and Michael Stock. She is survived by: her brother David Stock of Mexico, MO; and her daughter Tristen Korsmo (Scott) of Temple, TX..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Janet's name to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
