He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oscar and Ruth Thigpen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Marie Guseman; his sons, Jim (Karen), Steve (Marcia), Mike (Kimberly) and Rick (Julie); his granddaughter Susan; his daughter Susan; and his sister Ruth Elaine Baxter. He is also survived by many nieces, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
