He was predeceased by: his wife Teiko Mathews; and his siblings, Michael Mathews of Lotto and Sandy Minton of Ft. Wayne. He is survived by: his children, Dianne Womack, Matt of Killeen, Texas, Mark of Killeen, Texas and Mike Mathews of Killeen, Texas; and his siblings, John Mathews of New Haven and Sharon Robinson of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
